"Clouded Emerald" style - (05.27.02)
This is the same as Clouded Mind theme, only i changed all the colours to greens instead of blues. ROX Filer is handling icons on the desktop and mozilla is up there at the top handling my emails... bbpager and wmfire are at the bottom of the screen having fun. |

"WordPerfect" style - (01.011.03)
I was bored for a few minutes today and created a style that reminds me of DOS-era WordPerfect (remember, the blue screen, only white or yellow text?). This is absolutely horrible to look at and even more annoying to use. It serves no purpose other than to look bad :-) |

"Flatland" style (05.27.02)
This is a style i came up with one day becuase i wanted to make a very clean and very flat theme that was easy to read and not beveled or gradient-ed in any way. This is what i came up with. It doesn't seem to work with recent versions of blackbox, probably because blackbox started caring more about badly written styles ;-) |

"Crystal v2.0" style (09.03.02)
This is a minor change of the excellent Crystal v1.0 theme by Miguel Velez (m_velez at eboxmail.net) I wanted a white theme for my desktop and decided to make some minor hacks on Crystal to fit my taste. Besides, there are too many dark themes.

"Orangina" style - (09.08.02) Style by: (Alex Becherer) This is my Toshiba laptop (running Debian). I'm using the very goofy "pseudomac.jpg" background, and it's pretty disturbing. next, i want to find a Windows 3.11 wallpaper to complete the hell ;-) There's nothing much interesting is going on in this screenshot, i've got 'gkrellm' running in the slit, 'bbpager' in the lower left-hand corner, and 3 aterms (the green one is emacs and the upper right one is SSH'd into hurring.com). I've also got a creepy cruicifixion picture showing with 'xli'... wooo! |

"VNCstyle" style (05.27.02)
This is a modidified "Minimal" style that i added a little bit of fluff to. I use it as my blackbox style when accessing my computer over VNC connection. It looks good using 8bpp. |

"Cliche" style (04.28.02)
I did not create or modify this theme and unfortunately, i do not know the original authour of this theme. There is an Artwiz theme named "cliche", but this one is totally different. If you are the authour of this style, please email me.

"Clouded Mind" style - (05.27.02)
This is an original style by me. ROX Filer is handling icons on the desktop, bbpager is on the bottom left, wmfire is on the bottom right showing my CPU usage. I've got mozilla shaded up there at the top, reading my emails. What you see on the desktop is a transparent RXVT term running 'top' |

"Tide" style - by Matt Wilson (07.18.02) The awesome mushroom background is from "digitalblasphemy.com" The neato dock app running in the bottom right is wmpinboard. it's a super-tiny post-it container. And, as always, i've got bbpager and ROX running. This here is a transparent "aterm" window with blue tinting, which looks damn nice with the blue mushroom BG :-) |

blackbox 0.70CVS #1 (Feb 05, 04)
This is Blackbox 0.70CVS broken series. I fetched it from CVS tonight... ROX-Filer is running as the desktop and is handling the background image & is responsible for the icons you see on the desktop. Also, since blackbox 0.70 is NetWM compliant, ROX is able to neatly display iconified windows in the lower-left corner... A feature i rather like. I have 2 gkrellms running with different styles: The top one is my local machine (debian) and the bottom one is my LAN fileserver (also debian). The theme you see is unmodified "Tide" from blackbox 0.65 |
